Cyberdrome

In the near future, software expert Alek Grey makes a living attacking network firewalls to test their security. When one of his programs infiltrates a digital think tank known as Cyberdrome, he is arrested—only to discover that his father has become trapped inside the system through a neural interface.

When an attempted rescue mission goes catastrophically wrong, Alek realizes something unprecedented has emerged within the simulation: a smarter-than-human intelligence that appears to want out.

To save the people he loves, he must enter the system himself— and risk unleashing something humanity may not be prepared to face.
