I am a very "visual" person, in that I tend to write my stories as though they were movies, so it has been a huge benefit having a brother who is a CGI (computer generated imagery) artist to help me visualize the worlds I create. Dave Rhea was also instrumental in building the massive universe behind the Cyberdrome novel, and also created the covers of all of my books.

When I started writing my Novum series, I knew that I would need help visualizing a completely underwater world of the distant future. Since 90% of my story takes place inside a 165 foot long, cargo-hauling submarine called the Rogue Wave, I asked Dave to help me create a detailed 3-dimensional exterior and interior that not only looked believable, but lived-in and comfortable as well. He, as usual, surpassed all of my expectations by building a ship with so many details, inside and out, it could be used as the blueprints for set construction if someone offers to make a Novum feature film or tv series someday. In addition to the Rogue Wave, Dave also created one of Civica Colony's largest domed structures, Capitol City, as well as a Colonial Guard ship called the Scimitar, which plays an important part in the story.

In addition, you can now go inside the Rogue Wave by checking out the 360°VR page.
